The Elora Quarry is also stunning to see and enjoy in the summer. With two acres of a limestone quarry, it is a perfect place to swim and enjoy an afternoon picnic with family and friends.
Elora has been the backdrop of many films and television shows. The village has many original stone buildings from 1800, which are architectural marvels. These buildings are easily enjoyed while walking in the downtown village center where one can enjoy the many restaurants and shops.
