Luciano was born on the Croatian island of Losinj. Over the decades this island has had many governments. When his grandfather was born there he an Austrian citizen, his parents were born with Italian citizenship and Luciano was Yugoslavian.
Although he was too young to remember living there he attributes his early beginning to his ability to relate to all different cultures and types of people.
Combining his knowledge of people and cultures with a vast understanding of real estate and investments, Luciano has been a top producer in the Guelph market for more than 25 years. Luciano’s favourite part of real estate is getting in some face time. No, not like the iPhone app, but some real time to sit with people enjoy their company and tells some stories.
Outside of his realtor life, Luciano enjoys cooking homemade meals from scratch, is an avid Toronto Football Club fan and loves spending time with his family.
Growing up, Luciano would have told you that one thing he would never have is a dog. When his family came home one day with Leo, a toy poodle, he thought this wasn’t for him. It didn’t take long for Leo to steal his heart. In fact, Luciano once rented a hotel room separate from his family because the one they were staying in won’t accept dogs and he couldn’t bear the thought of leaving Leo in a kennel.

Nancy arrived in Guelph in 1997 and began selling real estate here that same year. Originally her sister was living in Guelph and offered to help find a place with cheap rent. At the time Nancy thought that Guelph was a great option, close enough to
Toronto to be able to commute into the city, but just a sleepy little town. In just a few months time Nancy had fallen in love with the small city and knew it was a place she would one day raise a family here.
Nancy’s favourite part of being is realtor is the relationships she has made. Many of her close friends are actually past clients. As busy as life can get taking time to have a coffee with a friend or past client is often the highlight of her week.
When she isn’t in the office or out with clients Nancy enjoys spending her time with her son Colby and participating in sports. Nancy plays a variety of sports including: Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, Softball and Flag Football.
Nancy has a deep dislike for cold weather. When Colby decided at 3 years old that he was going to play hockey, Nancy bundled up to make the best of it. As a hockey mom to one of our hometown Guelph Gryphons, you can often tell when she’s been to a game the night before because her voice is strained from cheering loudly.
